'Colt karate n yoga' has separate classes for yoga weight loss to make you fit and calm. It is not the regular yoga sessions. It involves mediation, pranayam and basic asana techniques mixed with exercises. Details and Timings: 20 hours of class for Intermediates. 1 hour per session.
