Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Different roles like Telesales, Field sales and Instore sales positions are available
Instore Sales: Responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.
Field Sales: A field sales executive travel to locations to advocate supply of products to the customers they have targeted and the ones who they are already dealing with. It also involves operating outside their offices pitching potential clients and to maximise the company's sales of their products and services. These tasks are often performed over cold calling or knocking all doors or even scheduling all meetings with the customers at the offices.
Tele Sales: Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. Answering customers' questions on the products. Meeting sales quotas.
