The classes will start by providing you an introduction of Archery, its Mission and the basics for Beginners. Next, it'll help you tune your mind by S... elf Hypnosis, the Mission Oath and by engaging in 6 astonishing practical experiments. Further, you'll be trained on the three ways of stringing a bow, which include A) The Commoner's way. B) The Warrior's way and C) The Royal way. You'll also learn about important exercises such as Warm up exercises, Stretches, Power exercises, Stamina exercises, Shooting drill, 14 Terra band drills, and 14 different steps to a shot sequence. The Archers will be then introduced to the Field and made aware of the importance of discipline in the field and the traditions, safety procedures and rules to be followed. Other set of activities will include PCDR - Draw routine, Selection the field leader 1, 2 and 3, Explanation of a station and it's components, play-acting of the entire sequence of a visit and Shooting in the field. The Archers will get a clear understanding of the sequence of 'To-Do's" and formal procedures and the significance to maintain an Archery Diary. The school believes in motivating the players and introduces each player with each other and the seniors in the group to keep the sporty spirit healthy.   More
