We have a team of dedicated professionals, who will give you a complete Online Post Natal Yoga Module. Our Yoga Centre is located at Magadi Road, Bangalore. Post Natal Yoga Classes are conducted from Monday to Saturday and 12 sessions go for 12 hours. Online class access time between 5pm and 9pm.
